Hands-on Wellness Activities to use in your Classroom

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

In this hands on session, you will make and take away free or low cost social and emotional wellness activities that can easily be adapted and applicable to all subjects. Create activities that you use tomorrow in your classroom to promote wellness in the areas of healthy eating, physical activity and mental health. We’ll explore how to adapt these activities for use beyond the classroom, including the staff room, and discuss how these activities fit into a whole-school approach.
