Curious about climbing? Come and experience first hand one of the world’s fastest growing sports. Don’t let your lack of experience or perceived fitness level deter you as this session is as much about brains as it is brawn. Join our instructors and learn the fundamental movements and techniques that are unique to getting around in the vertical world. This course will take the mystery out of the unique demands climbing makes on our bodies. Come prepared to be active. Please wear socks!

Robert Strong

Bob Strong has been rock climbing for the last 17 years. He is a certified Climbing Wall Association Instructional Provider who coaches competitive climbing to youths aged 8-19. He is heavily involved in Canadian competitive climbing as a route setter, coach and organizer of regional and national competitions.

Stephanie Strong

Stephanie Strong is a secondary teacher who has been an avid rock climber for more than a decade. In her free time Stephanie instructs a Movement and Technique course at a local climbing gym.
