My Name is Trauma: Creating Resilience Through Play

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

My Name is Trauma creates an opportunity to learn about Trauma in a way that is educational and practical, and also playful and imaginative. Creative interventions, such as music, dance, movement, martial arts, yoga and art, are used to help children and adolescents create resilience through play; creating a shift from victim to survivor. This intro seminar is based on the international selling children's illustrated book My Name Is Trauma, which has been shared all over the world to help children and their caregivers understand trauma and focus on resilience.
