Nutrition Boot Camp: Revamping Nutrition Education for Youth

Looking for new ideas on how to teach nutrition to your Junior or Senior High students? Get fired up for this session! Discover new, interactive activities designed to enhance the nutrition knowledge of youth. You’ll move around the room to a number of different stations – each designed for a specific nutrition activity. Participants will learn how each activity can be applied and expanded in the classroom to meet various curriculum outcomes. Find out about free on-line school nutrition resources that can be used to support these activities and enhance your knowledge of evidence-based nutrition information.
